Answer: An inventory of all clothes and personal items will be recorded and kept in the clients file.

Question: Do I need to mark all the clothes?

Answer: It is helpful if name tags are attached to all clothes but we can mark them in the event that this is hasn’t been done.

Answer: Yes, you will need to bring in personal toiletries of the duration of your stay.

Answer: Yes, we provide all towels and bed linen.

Answer: Yes, they will need to bring in their mobility aids; fixed aids are provided by the Gouldings.

Question: How will more medication be obtained should it be needed?

Answer: This will be monitored by the Duty Assistant Manager and will be ordered through the GP and Pharmacy.

Answer: You will need to bring in glucometer, test strips, insulin and needles if you use them.

Answer: You will need money if you wish to visit our Hairdresser, order a newspaper or buy personal items from our shop.

Question: Does medication have to be labelled?

Answer: Yes, all medication has to be in the original containers, with the pharmacy label, instructions on the container and prescribed with enough medication for the duration of their stay.
