How to Contact
The Isle of Wight Council wants to hear about your experience of our services. We deliver lots of different services to approximately 140,000 people who live on the Island. Whilst we aim to provide good services we realise there may be times when things do go wrong and you may not always be satisfied with the service you receive. You may also receive a service that was better than you expected. Your complaints, compliments and feedback are valuable to us; they can help us improve the services we provide to all our customers.
