How to Pay

Telephone

PayPoint Outlets

Take your invoice and cash payment to any PayPoint outlet. PayPoint can be found at many newsagents, supermarkets, convenience stores, and petrol stations – wherever you see the PayPoint sign.

Post Office

Just take your invoice and cash or cheque to any post office. Please make cheques payable to Post Office Ltd.

Direct Debit

If you are invoiced on a regular basis, direct debit is by far the easiest and most efficient method of payment. Please call 01983 823931 and have your bank details to hand, if you would like to set up a direct debit.

Please Note:

If you are in receipt of a Homecare or Personal Budget statement the client reference number should be used in place of an invoice number.

It is important to keep your receipt safely as it is your proof of payment.
