Answer: 10.00am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 12 noon Saturdays

Answer: Yes disabled parking spaces are available close to the theatre.

Answer: Via the main entrance to the leisure centre where there are no steps, this then leads to the lift.

Question: Can I get a refund if I cannot attend a show after buying a ticket?

Answer: Refunds can only be issued if the show is a sell out. We can re-sell your ticket. You will receive a refund in the post in the form of a cheque from the Isle of Wight Council.

Answer: Yes tickets can be purchased on the night, you should check before you attend as the show may be sold out. Tickets cannot be reserved over the phone for you.

Answer: Yes the theatre has a bar that is open around show times.

Answer: Yes there is a loop throughout the auditorium.

Question: Can my child sit on my lap during a performance at the theatre?

Answer: All children over the age of 18 months require a valid ticket. Children can sit on laps provided they have purchased a ticket and they do not inconvenience other customers.

Question: Where is the theatre situated?

Answer: The Theatre is situated on the main road between Ryde and Newport about a mile outside of Newport, we are on the site of The Medina High School and Leisure Centre.

Question: Can I stand at the back of the auditorium?

Answer: Unfortunately due to health and safety matters and fire regulations this is not possible but there is good viewing from all seats within the theatre.

Answer: 419 seats and 6 wheelchair spaces.

Answer: We can hold tickets for 7 days without payment but tickets must be paid for 7 days before a performance

Answer: Yes there is a Pay and Display carpark onsite. Charges are applicable Monday to Sunday 8am to 6pm.

Question: Is dancing allowed in the theatre?

Answer: Dancing is allowed as long as it is confined to the seating area. There is no dancing or standing in the aisles, on the stairs, on the stage or at the back of the theatre. Consideration of other theatre goers must be respected so you may be asked to sit down if others around you cannot see.
