Answer: If you have a Gold One Card (all inclusive option) you can use the Tone Zone for free as you do the Heights and Medina. If you have had an induction and you wish to pay as you go, the normal entry fee is applicable. - Related Link

Question: Can I pay for my One card by direct debit?

Answer: Yes you can pay by direct debit. The direct debit run is on or around the 1st and the 15th of the month. When you initially apply for your card you will have to pay an interim payment that covers you up to the first direct debit payment.

Answer: You need to report the loss to the centre that you use, they can issue you a replacement card at the cost of £2.50. If you are a direct debit customer then you may need to complete a new mandate.
