Education Appeals

Appeals Timetable

Service update - COVID-19

In line with the DfE Guidance, immediate entry appeals should be heard within 30 school days of being lodged and September 2022 entry appeals should be heard according to the published timetable below. Appeals are being arranged as either, face to face, Virtual or based on written submission, but if necessary due to Covid numbers in our Local Authority area, could change to virtual. You will be informed if this is the case.

Due to the decreased level of staff within the Appeals Service and the increase in those working outside of the office, please direct any queries to school.appeals@iow.gov.uk

Thank you for your understanding during this difficult time.
