Newport Help Centre

Newport Help Centre is based in County Hall.

The centre provides support to use digital resources, so that you can interact or get the help you need from us. This self-service option allows us to provide face-to-face advice to those in greatest need.

The self-service digital support includes services available from:

• Housing Benefit
• Local Council Tax Support
• Council Tax
• Blue Badge 
• Waste Collection
