Application, Fees and Payment options
The home or business owner will need to pay a fee for the Access Licence. The fee will be set by an Independent Surveyor and will be payable annually in advance. The annual fee will cover the period 1 April to 31 March.
If a Licence is issued midway through this period, a fee will be charged pro-rata for the remainder of that financial year and then the full annual fee payable from the 1 April for the following financial year.
Application Process
Access Licence fees can vary depending on the location and type of access. We will provide more information about your fee as part of the application process.
Contact us directly to apply for an Access License.
Request for car park to be cross-hatched
If you feel you need the car park cross-hatched outside the access, to prevent vehicles/persons blocking it, we will consider each request but are under no obligation to authorise. If the request is approved, all related costs will be charged to the home/business owner. Request more information about cross hatching for your access by contacting us.

The Licence will be terminated if the Licence Fee remains overdue for any period equal to, or longer than 14 days (whether or not formally demanded). No further use of the access must be made. If the Licensee fails to close the access, we will be forced to block off the access as its use could pose a risk to anyone using the access, other car park users or their property.
If you are having problems paying, we will consider making an arrangement with you. We are not legally obliged to make payment arrangements and only consider them as part of our effort to ensure that all residents are treated fairly and objectively. If you are struggling to pay, let us know as soon as possible by contacting us.
