Understanding how we share your data
Data warehouse and data sharing
The Isle of Wight Council has created a data warehouse that shows a single view of families which presents a complete picture of children and families. The data warehouse is a system that can be used by Lead workers, who are from agencies that are leading on an family assessment and plan.
If your family needs extra help this system means that your family assessment and plan can be shared with everyone working with you which helps them to make informed decisions and to ensure the correct support services are offered. You will also get a copy of your family assessment and plan.
Assessments can be completed at two levels, these are Early Help Tier 2 single agency or a Tier 3 Targeted Early Help.
More information about these assessments/support is found in our Understanding Early Help assessments web page.
