Multi Agency Early Help and Prevention hub
Multi Agency Early Help and Prevention is an approach that involves working with the whole family, supported by multi-agency teams. It focuses on identifying and addressing issues early, rather than waiting for a crisis. It proactively supports children, young people, and families to prevent problems from getting worse and to improve family outcomes.
Families can be considered for additional support services through our Multi Agency and Early Help Prevention hub.
These services include:
- Health and wellbeing support and advice
- Anti-social behaviour and crime support and advice
- Department of Work and Pension (DWP) support and advice
- Housing support and advice
- Education support and advice
- Intensive Family Support within the family home
- Family Hub services
- Early Help volunteer support

As a lead worker, you can refer families to this hub by completing the Multi Agency and Early Help Prevention hub form.
Any lead workers can refer families to the hub by completing the Multi Agency and Early Help Prevention request via the Early Help and Prevention data warehouse.
