Highways, roads and traffic notices
Traffic management orders are important messages that tell you about changes to the roads in your area. The orders provide information about temporary or permanent changes in road layout, design, closures and diversions.
New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 - NRSWA Section 58
NRSWA Section 58 is a rule that helps keep our roads in good condition. When a road is newly resurfaced or fixed, this rule stops other people from digging it up again for a few years. This way, the road stays smooth and safe for everyone to use.

We advertise all our planning notices in the local press and the start of the public consultation period from that date.
