We are determined and work as one directorate, keeping children and families at the centre of all we do.
We work together with children and families, our dedicated children's service staff team, partners, and communities to improve the lives and outcomes for the children and families we serve on the Isle of Wight.
We value and respect the work social care teams do. We make sure everyone has the tools, support and guidance needed to make real change happen.
