Improving education for children on the Isle of Wight

Do you want to make a difference to the lives of children and young people?

We are setting up a brand-new educational psychology department within the new Children’s Services directorate at the Isle of Wight Council and we are seeking qualified professionals to lead the way!

As a new service we will need to build our reputation and relationships with schools and colleagues across the council.

Together, we are committed to ensuring children and young people across the Isle of Wight achieve their best outcomes and develop into independent, resilient adults.

We are ready to embark on this journey of development and growth and we now need enthusiastic, creative people to join forces with our Senior Leadership team to support our ethos of distributed leadership, helping our colleagues to be the best they can be.
