Senior School Improvement Officer and Team Lead

Grade 14, £55,010 to £59,114 per annum

What will you be doing?

  • responsibility for improving the outcomes of all children and young people across the Island
  • line manage the School Improvement team, including Governor Services
  • developing a traded service
  • work with external stakeholders to improve the opportunities for our children and young people
  • take responsibility for developing and monitoring service planning, including KPI’s
  • represent the department within the various meetings and partnerships
  • work with senior colleagues to drive forward the Education Strategy
  • improve the outcomes for children and young people with SEND
