South East Business Portal (ProContract)
We advertise our contract opportunities on the South East Business Portal (ProContract).
Please note that this portal is used by other organisations. This means to view our opportunities you need to narrow the results by selecting "Isle of Wight Council" from the organisations list.
Once you have selected an opportunity you will able to
- log in
- register your interest
- download the tender documents
If your organisation is not registered on the portal, you can register for free. This will enable you to receive notifications of any contract opportunity uploaded by us. It will also show other local authorities in the south east region if desired.
Contracts Finder and Find a Tender Service
For contract opportunities above £25,000 but below the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 threshold these are advertised on Contracts Finder.
For contract opportunities above the PCR15 threshold, (as shown on the Procurement Rules page), these must be advertised in the Find a Tender Service.

Please note:
- all open market contract opportunities are advertised on the South East Business portal
- suppliers are advised to register for free on the portal to view contract opportunities from the Isle of Wight Council and other Local Authorities in the South East
- all projects listed may be subject to change
- the list is only a possible indication of tendering opportunities that may be published by August 2025
