Using dashboard reports
The summary page shows the the period end figure for each key performance indicator, this is based on a yearly and quarterly reporting cycle.
You can use the filter (identified by the yellow box) to change the period you are looking at by selecting a period from the options available. Only one option can be selected at a time.
Each tile on the summary page shows two figures, the figure for the period selected and a comparison figure for the previous equivalent period. If you have a single quarter selected, the comparison figure will be the previous quarter, if you have multiple selections then the comparison figure will be calculated to the previous equivalent period. For example, if you select Q1 and Q2 of any year then the comparison figure will be Q3 and Q4 of the previous year.
Clicking on any tile on the summary will take you to the details page for that key performance indicator.

Red, Amber, Green (RAG) Ratings
RAG Ratings may be attributed to metrics that are measured against a target.
A green rating indicates positive performance against the target, whilst a red rating indicates negative performance. An amber rating indicates that the metric is at risk of negative performance but remains within acceptable limits. KPIs with no target are rated 'Monitoring Only'.
