Conservation Area Character Appraisal

The Isle of Wight Council has produced a Conservation Area Appraisal for the Sandown Conservation Area. This document was adopted on 27 April 2011.

The Appraisal sets out the Council’s definition of the special interest of Sandown Conservation Area. It will be used as a basis for planning decisions, appeal statements and conservation advice.
