Planning contribution charges
Bird Aware Solent contribution
The Bird Aware Solent Strategy uses a sliding scale to calculate the contribution for new residential development built within 5.6km of the coastline. The contribution is calculated on the number of bedrooms per individual dwelling. The level of developer contribution to the Bird Aware Partnership is reviewed each February in line with the Retail Price Index (RPI) and rounded up to the nearest pound.
