The Federation of the Church Schools of Shalfleet and Freshwater & Yarmouth are seeking to appoint a part-time Midday Supervisor Assistant to work at our Freshwater & Yarmouth CE Primary School site

Start date:  as soon as possible

Working pattern:

Monday – Friday: 11.30pm – 1.30pm

We are seeking a reliable, friendly, and proactive Midday Supervisor Assistant to join our dedicated team and help ensure our pupils enjoy a safe, happy and well-managed lunchtime experience

About the role

  • Supervise children during lunch in the dining hall and playground
  • Encourage positive behavior and good manners
  • Support children in play and social interactions
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils
  • Assist with minor first aid and report incidents appropriately

About you

  • Enjoys working with children and understands their needs
  • Is calm, patient and approachable
  • Can work effectively as part of a team
  • Is committed to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare
  • Has good communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
