14 hours - £7,435 to £7,583 per annum
30 hours per week - £15,932 - £16,251 per annum
The Isle of Wight Council’s Reablement Homecare service is looking for enthusiastic staff to promote clients’ independence within their own homes and to deliver person centred support that actively promotes and maximises people’s independence.
You will be working to support clients to reach their goals set by the Reablement Leaders and Occupation Therapists.
You will have a range of experience in working within homecare and an NVQ2 in care would be an advantage. A willingness to train is essential. Candidates will also be expected to demonstrate an appropriate level of literacy and numeracy. A clean driving licence is essential.
You will be supported, receive regular structured supervision, training and development opportunities
