Community Outreach and Reablement are looking to appoint Community Support Workers. You will play a key role in supporting to deliver a high-quality service, which has a person-centred approach and actively supports and maximises their independence. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a good understanding of working in a domiciliary setting. This is a very rewarding role, and is ideally suited to both those who are experienced and those who are new to caring. As part of an enthusiastic team and a fulfilling role, you will benefit from shift based pay , rather than contact time , also guaranteed hours per week plus overtime. You will be working on a shift basis across the Island within the Outreach team which is based at the Barrack Block Sandown. However, your start location may vary. This post is for an essential car user however you may have access to a pool car.   (Full manual car licence preferred)
