Learning Support Assistant

Hours: 30 hours per week, term-time only, one year temporary contract (in the first instance).

Learning Support Assistant with behaviour needs support experience required for immediate start. To provide behaviour support to pupils across the school.

We are looking for someone who:
• Is committed to promoting high standards of pupil achievement and progress
• Has experience in managing children with behavioural needs
• Is well organised, innovative, creative and motivating
• Is able to react positively to challenges
• Is able to work under pressure
• Preferably has a relevant NVQ qualification
