We are seeking to appoint 3 Administrative Officers within the Central Management Support Team who will be required to provide a full range of administrative duties and support functions.
The post holders will be required to organise and minute confidential and sensitive meetings to a high standard. These meetings will contain complex information, therefore proven minute taking skills are essential. You will gather and analyse data, so you will need to demonstrate that you have excellent IT skills with a good knowledge of a variety of IT packages, including Excel. You will have the opportunity to review and implement new systems within the service as well as work closely with the team members and the group manager, so being able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is also essential.
A flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn is essential as is the ability to work within a team and under pressure.
