to £69,031 per annum
Hours: Full time permanent.
Bembridge CE Primary is
a happy, welcoming school in the heart of the community. Rated as “Good” by
OFSTED, we are seeking to appoint a Headteacher from 1st September
2021.
The successful
candidate will provide professional leadership and management to Bembridge CE
Primary School and will be accountable to the Governing Body for achieving the
National Standards of Excellence for Headteachers.
The Headteacher will be
an expert educator, able to use their knowledge to address problems and
challenges wherever they arise, whilst building relational trust with staff, families
and pupils. An inspirational and value driven leader who embodies the purpose
and vision of the school, who uses their skills to motivate others towards
success through a high performance culture.
Our new Headteacher can
expect to join a school where staff, families and pupils are proud to be part
of the school community. They will lead
an experienced and committed professional team as well as working with an
engaged and supportive Governing Body.
