Post 1: TEACHING ASSISTANT C - MATERNITY COVER TEMPORARY CONTRACT 26.04.21-17.06.22

Salary: Grade 3 points A -E £7715.00 to £7817.00 per annum   
Hours: 17 ½ hours per week, term time only.      Temporary Contract from 26th April 2021 until 17th June 2022

Medina House is a Primary Special School for children with complex learning difficulties aged 2 – 11, who all need skilled staff to help them have fun while they learn.  This vacancy is to cover a member of staff on maternity in our nursery class which caters for 10 pupils aged 2-4yrs whose very complex needs prevent them from attending a mainstream nursery. All pupils have a complex learning delay as their primary need and secondary needs include ASC, SEMH, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy and Multi-Sensory Impairment. Hours to be worked 8:45-12:15pm Mon to Fri.

Hours: 31 hours per week, term time only      Temporary Contract from 26th April 2021 until 18th February 2022     

Medina House is a Primary Special School for children with complex learning difficulties aged 2 – 11, who all need skilled staff to help them have fun while they learn. This vacancy is to cover a member of staff on maternity in an EYFS/KS1 class. Experience of working with children with SEND, particularly ASD, is highly desirable. Hours to be worked 8.30-3pm Mon, Tues, Thursday & Friday and 8.30-4pm on Wednesdays.

Post 3: TEACHING ASSISTANT C x3 - FIXED TERM CONTRACT 30.08.21-29.08.22

Hours: 31 hours per week, term time only      Fixed Term Contract from 30th August 2021 until 29th August 2022     

Medina House is a Primary Special School for children with complex learning difficulties aged 2 – 11, who all need skilled staff to help them have fun while they learn. For September 2021 we have x3 vacancies for a Level 1 Teaching Assistant. Experience of working with primary aged children with SEND is highly desirable. Hours to be worked 8.30-3pm Mon, Tues, Thursday & Friday and 8.30-4pm on Wednesdays.

Unfortunately due to Covid restrictions we are unable to offer a tour of our school site. However, for the teaching assistant posts the headteacher will offer a group TEAMS meeting to give you the information you would have received on a tour. TEAMS meeting options would be 9:30-10:30am or 1:30-2:30pm on Wednesday 24th March. Please contact the school office with your email address if you would like to attend.
