The Gouldings Resource Centre is looking to appoint a positive, committed and forward-thinking individual who will be supporting people to achieve their reablement goals and regain their independence.

You will play a key role in supporting to deliver a high-quality service, which has a person-centred approach and actively supports and maximises peoples independence. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a good understanding and experience of working in a care setting with a good knowledge of the regulatory process. Reporting to the Registered Manager and working with the existing Assistant Managers you will be responsible for monitoring the day to day operation of the service, staff support and supervisions, spot check and audits.

Demonstrable experience in a health or social care setting is essential with a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent being desirable.
