Bembridge CE Primary is a happy, welcoming school in the heart of the community. Rated as “Good” by OFSTED, we are seeking to appoint two qualified teachers from 1st September 2021.

We are looking to recruit ambitious and committed teachers to join our teaching teams from September 2021. We are a successful school with strong Christian values that are at the heart of everything we do. We welcome applications from qualified teachers and are particularly interested to hear from teachers who have an interest in leading PE but this is not essential. The appointments will be for a Key Stage 1 teacher and a teacher for either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2 dependent on the skills and experience of the successful candidates.

We are looking for a teacher who

  • Has high expectations for both themselves and the children they teach

  • Is enthusiastic and committed to supporting children to enable them to reach their full potential

  • Is creative and passionate about learning

  • Is a committed team player

  • Can demonstrate strong pupil development

In return we can offer you

  • Amazing children who are keen and enthusiastic about their learning

  • Excellent behaviour

  • A full time classroom assistant

  • A supportive environment to develop and grow your role

  • The opportunity to lead PE or another curriculum subject in our school

Visits to the school can be arranged after school hours, subject to Covid regulations compliance. Please contact the School Business Manager via e-mail to make the necessary arrangements or to request an application pack.
