We are seeking to appoint a senior administrator within the Housing Needs Service who will be required to provide a range of senior administrative duties and support functions.
You will be required to supervise the Choice Based Lettings Team and functions that relate to this service area, in addition to providing administrative support across the Housing Need Service.
You will be required to organise and minute confidential and sensitive information that contain complex information to a high standard, therefore proven organisation and minute taking skills are essential.
You must also have excellent IT skills and intimate knowledge of a variety of IT packages, including Microsoft Excel, and be able to create complex report and communicate the findings of these both verbally and in writing. A flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn is essential as is the ability to work within a team and under pressure.
