Delivering a new, revamped council website (a key element in our strategy) to shape the future direction of the online digital experience of our community.  We are transforming our digital offer and will be showcasing easy access to services, providing an exemplar digital platform.

 

Delivering a vital programme of work for Childrens Services, joining up ‘Early Help’ resources to support families and vulnerable children across our Island as part of the MHCLG Supporting Families Programme.  We are enabling easier access to a range of services in a user friendly, digitally focused way. Our work will literally change lives for the better.

This team is flexible and creative in our approach to development work and we encourage innovation, so you’ll be able to utilise your knowledge / experience of server and client- side development technologies including:

 

- Microsoft.Net Core / Microsoft .Net MVC

- C# and Object Orientated programming

- Microsoft SQL Server / Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services

- Webservices REST/SOAP/WCF/JSON

- Front End UI – HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery

- Source code versioning and management – Microsoft DevOps and GIT

- Agile Development Methodologies (Scrum)
