Wightcare provides a 24/7 emergency response service for vulnerable adults on the Isle of Wight.  In this role you will be part of a team that provides an effective and responsive monitoring and emergency response service for the Community Alarm/Telecare Service, as an integral part of the services for elderly, disabled and vulnerable residents on the Island. You will also provide a telephone answering service for outside agencies and be the Isle of Wight Council’s out of hours telephone answering service.

This role will requires working day and night shifts and include weekends and bank holidays to maintain the service.
