Wightcare is an emergency response service, supporting vulnerable adults to remain safe and independent in their own home, 24/7 365 days a year.

We are looking for individuals to support people in the community in an emergency by providing first aid, personal care and manual handling as appropriate. This role also involves the installation and maintenance of community alarm equipment for which full training will be given. 

Previous experience of working with vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential. 

Working a rolling shift pattern which includes nights and weekends, the successful applicants will need a wide range of skills and must be able to work flexibility to meet the needs of this busy but rewarding service.
