Contract Type: Fixed Term for 21 months

A fantastic apprenticeship opportunity has arisen within our Human Resources team which will enable you to combine working within the Council whilst studying for a recognised Human Resources level 3 qualification.

You will gain on-the-job experience learning new skills through undertaking a range of Human Resources support tasks including;
•  Receiving and responding to general human resources related enquiries via telephone and        email.
•   Producing a range of documentation using Microsoft word and PowerPoint
•   Updating Excel spreadsheets and HR systems, production of workforce data.
•   Undertaking a range of Human resources related transactional processes
•   Undertaking recruitment administration
•   Maintaining and retrieving information from electronic folders and files
•   Provision of a range of general administrative support to the team, including co-ordinating      and arranging meetings.

This is a great opportunity to work and learn from an experienced professional and supportive team.

The apprenticeship is fixed term for 21 months, however on completion of your HR Level 3 apprenticeship, there may also be an opportunity to progress to a HR Level 5 higher apprenticeship.

The wide range of skills and knowledge gained throughout the apprenticeship would provide an excellent opportunity for someone who is seeking to develop a future career within Human Resources.
