Grade 5-6 £20,444.00 to £22,129.00 (FTE) per annum

1 x 37 hour post HR Advisory Team
1 x 22 hour post HR Transactional Team

Both flexible and hybrid working arrangements are available for these roles.

Two exciting opportunities have arisen within our Human Resources team supporting the delivery of a proactive, effective, and efficient advisory and transactional HR service for the council and schools.


We are seeking proactive, and solution focussed individuals with a working knowledge of HR processes and systems who can:

 Respond to a range of HR Advisory related enquiries.

- Support with a range of case management and employment matters

Support with updating HR policies, guidance, and intranet pages

Collate data and produce reports in a timely and precise manner

Support with a range of HR related project work

Undertake a wide range of  transactional tasks, including processing starters, leavers and contracts of employment.


You'll also need to be able to confidently provide administrative support to the enable the smooth running of the Occupational Health service provision along with giving general administrative support to the team
