The Isle of Wight Council is looking to recruit an apprentice to provide administration and clerical support in relation to Council Tax, Housing Benefit, Local Council Tax Support and Blue Badges.

You must be flexible and able to work accurately and to deadlines in a performance driven environment. Duties include the checking of personal and financial information received from customers, the Department for Work & Pensions and from other agencies. After training, you will be required to process information relating to benefit claims and blue badges, as well as answering customer enquiries on the telephone.
