Join a community pantry

Join a community pantry and top up your weekly shop with a wide range of foods

• any Island resident can join a community pantry 
• joining is not means tested and you do not need to be on benefits to go to the pantry
• to join you need to complete a short form
• you can join any pantry, you do not have to use the one nearest to you
• for £5 a week, you can choose over £15 worth of fresh, frozen, tinned and dry food - the pop-up pantries will not have fresh or frozen options available
• you do not have to use the pantry every week - if you do not visit you do not pay
• if you have specialist food needs talk to the pantry staff
• if you cannot get to a community pantry ask your nearest one if a delivery service is available
  

Coming soon

We have just agreed funding to provide pop-up pantries in Shanklin and Shalfleet.

The pop-up pantry located at Lighthouse Church in Sandown will also be adapted to become a static pantry offering twice-weekly opening.
