Neurodivergent Multidisciplinary Team
The IOW Neurodiversity Multidisciplinary Team is prioritising the children and families from schools who have been identified for possible closure.
Families will be offered an hour of consultation to identify areas of need, using a profiling tool. The profile summary includes outcomes, strengths/needs and a range of suggested strategies and support.
This will support a child's individual transition plan to the new school, to secure best possible outcomes and confidence in the new setting.
