Appeal guide for parents
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your application, you have the right to appeal to an independent, impartial and informal panel. You do not have an automatic right to a place at the school of your choice. You instead have a right to state a preference for the school you wish your child to attend. There may not be enough places at the school. If you are refused a place, you have the right to appeal against this.
