School aged Immunisation Service
We aim to build better communication links with the home education community.
We do this so that all the families of children and young people eligible for vaccination are aware of the vaccinations available to them. We also explain how they can access vaccinations.
You can invite the Operational Manager or one of their team to attend a home education group session. We can also provide information for you to share with the home education community you are part of.
If you would like to take up this offer, please contact the school aged immunisation team by email.
Telephone number 0300 123 5074.
