The Common Land and Town or Village Green search is question 22 on the Con29 Optional Enquiries form. It may be asked as part of the full Local Authority Search or sent in on its own for a fee of £13.20 (VAT included).

The Common Land and Town or Village Green Registers may also be inspected free of charge. Call 01983 821000 and ask for the Legal Department for an appointment.
