Pay online
You can make a variety of card payments using our secure online payments page.
Telephone
Automated telephone payment (available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week). Call 0345 045 0076 with your invoice number and debit or credit card details to hand.If you prefer to speak to a staff member call our office on 01983 823931 and have your invoice number and card details to hand.
Online banking
Please use the following bank details and ensure you provide your invoice number as the reference number.

PayPoint outlets
Take your invoice and cash payment to any PayPoint outlet. PayPoint can be found at many newsagents, supermarkets, convenience stores, and petrol stations – wherever you see the PayPoint sign.
Post Office
Just take your invoice and cash or cheque to any post office. Please make cheques payable to Post Office Ltd.
Direct Debit
If you are invoiced on a regular basis, direct debit is by far the easiest and most efficient method of payment. Please call 01983 823931 and have your bank details to hand, if you would like to set up a direct debit.
Please note: If you are in receipt of a Homecare or Personal Budget statement the client reference number should be used in place of an invoice number. It is important to keep your receipt safely as it is your proof of payment.
Pay your Penalty Charge Notice
You have 14 days (including the date of issue) to pay your Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) at a 50% discounted rate as detailed on the penalty notice. You will need the IW number listed on your notice and your vehicle registration number to pay.
If you wish to pay online, please be aware that the balance will not show until at least one working day after the PCN was issued.
