Help with recycling centre bookings

1) How soon can I make a booking before I visit?

Bookings currently need to be made 2 hours before your visit.

2) How often can I make a recycling centre visit?

You can currently make one visit per person / household per day.

3) Can I amend an existing booking to change my vehicle?

Yes, you can amend or cancel a booking up to 1 hour before your visit by using the 'Your HWRC Bookings' option. Then open the booking in question using 'View' and then amending as required.

4) Can I cancel a recycling centre booking?

Yes, bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the time of the booking slot.
