East Cowes Community Library

The community library provides a welcoming space to relax in The East Side Curve, next to Town Hall, in the heart of East Cowes. The library is community-run and staffed by volunteers.

• Monday: 9am to 5pm
• Tuesday: 9am to 5pm
• Wednesday: 9am to 5pm
• Thursday: 9am to 5pm
• Friday: 9am to 5pm
• Saturday: 9am to 1pm

What we offer

You can browse through and borrow adult fiction and children’s books.

Nonfiction books are housed in a back room, and you can ask our library assistants to bring titles out for you.

Bus passes

Bus pass applications forms are available in the library. Bring with you a

• passport photo
• proof of date of birth
• proof of residency that is dated within the last 3 months

We will give your application to the relevant department.

Dog bags

Dog bags are available at £1 per pack. You need to bring the correct money as we can only take cash.
